Nel punto più a sud-est della Sicilia, i mari Ionio e Mediterraneo si incontrano in modo impressionante. Qui, nell'antico villaggio di pescatori di Portopalo di Capo Passero, vicino alla costa e alle spiagge, vi presentiamo le nostre case vacanze - nel Rifugio dei due mari.
I nostri appartamenti
I tre appartamenti del Rifugio dei due mari erano completati 2022.
Tutti gli appartamenti sono stati progettati e arredati individualmente da noi. Abbiamo dato molta importanza all'arredamento discreto e di lusso per offrirvi il massimo comfort. Non ci sono due appartamenti uguali, l'atmosfera di ogni appartamento è unica.
Tutte le camere dell'intera casa sono dotate di aria condizionata di alta qualità. L'elettricità è in parte generata dai nostri sistemi fotovoltaici e l'acqua calda è fornita da un sistema solare termico. In questo modo, vorremmo dare un piccolo contributo a uno stile di vita più sostenibile.
Il Rifugio dei due mari è a meno di 100 m dal mare. La spiaggia più vicina (spiaggia Scalo Mandrie/ spiaggia due mari) è a 5 minuti a piedi. Ristoranti, bar e piccoli supermercati sono anche a 3 minuti a piedi (Via Vittorio Emanuele).
Rifugio I - Scirocco
Il Rifugio Scirocco rappresenta il rifugio perfetto per una coppia. L'appartamento e suddiviso da una camera da letto, un bagno e un ampio soggiorno e zona pranzo su circa 60 mq. Una grande finestra frontale estende la zona giorno intorno a un cortile privato, unendo così l'esterno e l'interno. L'arredamento è raffinato, i mobili selezionati e discreti.
Rifugio II - Levante
Il Rifugio Levante si trova al primo piano. Può ospitare fino a quattro persone (2 adulti, 2 bambini) su circa 60 mq.
Ha due camere da letto, un bagno e una zona soggiorno e pranzo. Un grande balcone coperto confina con la zona giorno. Sopra gli ulivi si può già vedere il mare vicino.
Rifugio III - Ponente
Il Rifugio Ponente è al secondo piano ed è anche la mansarda. È inondato di luce e ha due terrazze con vista sul Mar Ionio da un lato e sul Mar Mediterraneo dall'altro. Su poco meno di 50 mq c'è una camera da letto, una piccola camera per bambini, un bagno compatto con luce naturale e un ampio soggiorno e zona pranzo. Il R III offre spazio per quattro persone. L'attrezzatura fornita è di alto livello.

Am südöstlichsten Punkt Siziliens, treffen das Ionische und das Mittelmeer eindrucksvoll aufeinander. Hier, im ehemaligen Fischerort Portopalo di Capo Passero, nahe der Küste und der Strände, stellen wir Ihnen unsere Ferienwohnungen an den zwei Meeren vor – im Rifugio dei due mari.
Die Ferienwohnungen
Die drei Wohnungen des Rifugio dei due mari, welche im Jahr 2022 fertig gestellt wurden, befinden sich in unserem Ferienhaus in Portopalo di Capo Passero.
Alle Wohnungen wurden individuell von uns gestaltet und eingerichtet. Wir haben auf eine dezente und ansprechende Ausstattung viel wert gelegt. Keine Wohnung gleicht der anderen, die Atmosphäre in jeder Wohnung ist einzigartig.
Alle Räume im gesamten Haus sind mit hochwertiger Klimatechnik ausgestattet. Der Strom wird teilweise über die eigenen Photovoltaikanlagen erzeugt, für das Warmwasser sorgt eine Solarthermeanlage. Somit möchten wir einen kleinen Beitrag zu einer nachhaltigeren Lebensweise leisten.
Das Rifugio dei due mari ist etwa 100m vom Meer entfernt. Der nächste Strand (Spiaggia Scalo Mandrie/ Spiaggia due mari) ist fußläufig in 5 min erreichbar. Restaurants, Bars und kleine Supermärkte sind ebenfalls fußläufig bereits in 3 min erreichbar (Via Vittorio Emanuele).
R I - Scirocco
Das Rifugio Scirocco stellt den perfekten Rückzugsort für Paare dar. Die Wohnung vereint auf ca. 60 qm ein Schlafzimmer, ein Bad und einen geräumigen Wohn- und Essbereich. Eine große Fensterfront erweitert den Wohnbereich um einen privaten Innenhof und lässt so den Innen- und Außenbereich verschmelzen. Die Ausstattung ist gehoben, die Einrichtung ausgewählt und dezent.
R II - Levante
Das Rifugio Levante befindet sich im ersten Obergeschoss. Hier kommen bis zu vier Personen (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) auf ca. 60 qm unter.
Es verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Bad und einen Wohn- und Essbereich. Ein großer überdachter Balkon schließt sich an den Wohnbereich an. Über den Olivenbäumen auf die man blickt, sieht man bereits das nahe Meer.
R III - Ponente
Das Rifugio Ponente befindet sich im zweiten Obergeschoss und bildet zugleich die Mansarda. Sie ist lichtdurchflutet und verfügt über zwei Terrassen mit Meerblick auf das Ionisches Meer hier und das Mittelmeer dort. Auf knapp 50 qm befinden sich ein Schlafzimmer, ein kleines Kinderzimmer, ein kompaktes Tageslichtbad und ein geräumiger Wohn- und Essbereich. Das R III bietet Platz für vier Personen. Die bereitgestellte Ausstattung ist gehoben.

At the most southeastern point of Sicily, the Ionian and Mediterranean seas meet impressively. Here, in the former fishing village of Portopalo di Capo Passero, close to the coast and the beaches, we present you our holiday flats at the two seas - the Rifugio dei due mari.
Our apartments
The three flats of the Rifugio dei due mari, which were completed in 2022, are located in our holiday home in Portopalo di Capo Passero.
All flats were individually designed and furnished by us. We have placed great value on both discreet and upscale furnishings in order to offer you maximum comfort. No two flats are alike, the atmosphere in each flat is unique.
All rooms in the entire house are equipped with high-quality air-conditioning technology. Electricity is partly generated by our own photovoltaic systems, and hot water is largely provided by a solar thermal system. In this way, we would like to make a small contribution to a more sustainable way of life.
The Rifugio dei due mari is less than 100 m away from the sea. The nearest beach (spiaggia Scalo Mandrie/ Spiaggia due mari) is a 5 minute walk away. Restaurants, bars and small supermarkets are also within 2-5 minutes walking distance (Via Vittorio Emanuele).
Rifugio I - Scirocco
The Rifugio Scirocco represents the perfect retreat for a couple. The flat combines a bedroom, a bathroom and a large living and dining area on approx. 60 sqm. A large window front extends the living area around a private courtyard, thus uniting the outside and the inside. The furnishings are upscale, the decor selected and understated.
Rifugio II - Levante
Rifugio Levante is located on the first floor. It accommodates up to four people (2 adults, 2 children) on approx. 60 sqm.
It has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living and dining area. A large covered balcony adjoins the living area. Above the olive trees you can already see the nearby sea.
Rifugio III - Ponente
The Rifugio Ponente is on the second floor and is also the mansarda. It is flooded with light and has two terraces with a view of the Ionian Sea on the one hand and the Mediterranean Sea on the other. On just under 50 sqm there is a bedroom, a small children's room, a compact daylight bathroom and a spacious living and dining area. The apartment offers space for four people. The equipment provided is upscale.
